1. Eligibility for Returns

    •    Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition (including packaging).

    •    Returns must be requested within 1-7 days of delivery.

    •    Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

    •    We do not accept returns for used, burned, or altered candles under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Items

    •    Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. Return Process
